As breaking keeps progressing and many bboys get into their 30’s, many have began to realize that “throwing down” is not enough. Different methods of training and working out are little by little getting introduced into our scene. For example, Crazy Legs has a training method called ’30 Seconds Of Footwork’. You throw down footwork for 30 seconds non-stop, then your training partner does, then
you do again. Sounds simple, but do this a few times and see how your legs feel.
